PERKIM Committees @ Uia CFS~!
What happen last Saturday???!
To give you a little hint.. I HAD FUN last Saturday~! YahooO! AlahamdulillaH.
I joined a club named PERKIM since last 2 semester but havent yet being active. But I'll be a bit active on my last semester InsyaAllah.
What is PERKIM?
PERKIM is Pertubuhan Kebajikan Islam Malaysia. To know more about PERKIM, do visit http://www.perkim.net.my/ .
Why did I started talking about the club I join? YEY! That's one of the reason I had fun last Saturday... Let's get to my point! =)
Maybe it's sounds to late but hey! Chinese New Year Celebration has not yet END! and CFS UIA PERKIM was invited by PERKIM CENTRE at kepong to join a Chinese New Year Celebration. Muslims and Non-Muslims are all invited.
Things that crossed my mind when I heard about the invitation;
> I get to see Dragon Dance that I badly wanted to see them LIVE!
> I get to meet Muslims Chinese (Intresting!)
> I get to practice my Chinese Vocabulary that I havent been practicing since I left Jeddah~!
> I get to play with CHINESE KIDS!!! Yahoooo~!! *LOVE CHINESE!*
As soon as we were invited, Perkim here at cfs are planning to have games there. Such as Colouring and Sukaneka (BM?) and yet Alhamdulillah~! We made it! =)

When I arrived there... My friends and I helped out with the preparation and all. The most thing I love about it when I sees it is that... All Chinese(Muslims and non Muslims) had to register when they entered there. And MasyaAllah~! They all get a souvenir.. And that souvenir are books about Islam in Chinese... And those non Muslims Chinese seems happy to have receive those books and even ask for one when they were left out with a book missing. And they're all willing to listen to the talk about Islam (In Chinese XD). WOAH!!! I was really happy to see those Chinese Ustazs giving speeches!! <3
After the talk, they're shows of Wushu... Its a type Chinese traditional defensive dance (?) =P
Dragon Dance!
not long after that, they perform the DRAGIN DANCE!!! I was so HAPPY!!! While the Dragon was dancing on that long stick... The Dragon than threw Ampau around RM10-50 !! Everyone went rushing to get the money~! Except me.. LoL! I wasnt that excited to take the money... I was just excited to have seen the Dragon Dance in front of me!! =P
