Fitness - being fit

"no pain, no gain".. ni lah slogan yg sgtlah popular bagi org2 yg nk fit nie... terutama skali sek2 yg suke pegi gym! Orang kata... Kalau nk fit nie... kene consistent and semangat yg kuat.. Kalau on off on off.. mmg smpi bila2 cenggituuuu je bdn die..
Kenapa aq nk start fitting?... Firstly, BMI aq dh melebihi had kowwttt... overweight dahhh... walaupun die overweight at the border je but still!!! aq nak ideall! A nak la badan cm angelina Jolie ke... Christina algulera (maen hentam je eja) ke... Kannn! Korang pun mesti bercita2 nk badan cantik kannn... as for me.. I dont really go for a slim type... but I'd go for a fit type.. Fit and ideal.. thats my aim!

Atkins diet aku masih on tapi kenkadang tu aq langgar jugakk sebab.... sebab... well.. I'm a food hunter.. what do u expect??! Tapi berpada2 la makan tu... air pilih yg no sugar or order air mineral je.. Makanan pun I'd choose western 'cus the've got more protein food rather than carbs. So... kalau nak get fit.. jgn nk salahkn cafe yg menjual makann2 x sihat.. hangpa la yg kene pandai2 pilih!

kala korang nak tahu.. cik jarijemari ni x gemar sgt pun exercise mula2.. I'm a lazy girl.. I hate exercise.. and I LOVE FOOD (especially the weird one). Masa mula2 nak start tu.. Ya Allah.. mcm nightmare!

First day, aq x jog.. I started a home-exercise. I'd do..
- 50 jumping jack (lompat bintang)
- 20 sec wall sit
- in-place jog for 30min (jog setempat... cm guna trademill tp ni tanpa trademill)
- 7 Kick-Squat
- 10 lay-cycling
- 5 sit up.

Second day, I'd do the same followed by the 3rd day... 4th day.. I did the same type of exercise but I increased the number of times to +5. (eg: 50 Jumping jack to 55 jumping jack and so on).
I didnt start up with jog sebab masa cuti.. aq duk umah and there're lots work to do kat rumah.. nk mengemas.. memasak.. (ni lah die kehidupan tanpa parents around) sob3. That's why I saved the time for home-exercise.  I did that for 3 weeks and bila dh start sem.. aq pun start jog sebab dh duk hostel kannn...

Yang penting semnagat.. semangat kene kuat.. once hilang semangat memang susah nak start balik.. so train yourself.. train your mind to aim for what you've set for your goal! AIM! and BE CONSISTENT!


You can do the above exercise as your daily exercise.. kalau dh malas sgt nk g joging~! There're no more EXCUSES!
