Ok laa.. semua orang pelik kenapa aku amik Emergency&Trauma as my elective course for my final year! Jawapan die... HOI! aq pun terkejut beruk aq pilih Emergency&Trauma hang tau dakkk!
As you all know, Mun pantang practical kat A&E(Emergency & Trauma).. BUkan pantang sebab happy tapi pantang sebab benci! Memang dari tahun 2 lagi memang planning nak lari jauh2 dar A&E. Tak Nak Tak Nak! Kenapa benci sgt? Come on la... best kowt! TAK BEST! Sebab benda yg paling aku seriau is that their lives depends on YOU! ON YOU! you're going to face many many challenges.. jumpa case yg teruk2.. Imagine a patient coming in with Ruptured backbone, broken leg.. half stomach berkecai (Eiuewwww!!) and YOU need to do something to make sure tht patient stays alive! hang nk pekaq ap aq tanya~!!kalau hang tera nk mampoih aku x kesah la... ni aku nak hafal ubat pun x lepas2 dari tahun 1... Yup! thats why la aku tak suka keje A&E. But the thing is.. Aku suka berhadapan dengan case yg pelik2... rare... pecah otak ke.. aku suka.. tpi handling them.. you need confident and KNOWLEDGE! hang x dak dua tu... mampoih patient tu!
But then.. Its time to choose my elective course... yg open: Emergency, trauma & Disaster Nursing, Diabetic, Geron, Breastfeeding and Renal. Tapi yang pelikkkkkknyaaaa... Aq pilih A&E.. my SV told me that we're going to be posted at BASF petronas Chemical Industry.. HAAH! memang ayat WIN nk mampuih~ memang tak la aku nk tolak Emergency.. Its amazing being posted in an industry.. walaupun x penah lagi experience but it sounds good. Selama ni asyik kat hospital je.. why not trying out something new kannnn??? so thts what I'm thinking and chose emergency! I thought that maybe I can find rare case there... VERY RARE since its a chemical industry.. hmmm...
Am I putting myself into a trap???!! or its a GOOD coincidence?? *sigh.. I hope evrything goes well.. and I hope my choice wouldnt let me down. AMIN!
